FALSE RAPE CHARGES

FBI studies of DNA evidence now show that one third of inmates convicted of and in prison for rape whose DNA had not been tested before trial didn't even match the evidence from the scene of the "crime". A one third false conviction rate would make this one of the worst travesties of justice in world history, putting more than 188,000 innocent men in prison for false rape allegations alone. But even if 100% of the remaining two thirds were guilty as charged, this would still leave us with a rape incarceration rate which is more than 200 times greater than Japan or Italy.

The "new" feminism-inspired definition of rape is nothing more than a clever legalistic tool to use sex to further two feminist objectives, gaining political power and destroying the traditional male-headed family. According to the FBI's Uniform Crime Report for just one year, there were 109,060 total reported allegations of rape in the US. But, in that same year according to the report, in almost 71% of the cases (77,244), no arrest was made because the allegations were determined to be unfounded (even under the newer rape definitions).

Of 556 accusations of rape examined in an Air Force study, 27 percent of the accusers admitted, either just before taking a polygraph test or after failing one, that they had lied.(3)
