Men
The hidden half of domestic violence
Terrorism alive and well in Canada
Terrorism and repression thriving right here in Canada with the support of the Canadian government

Now that the American people are fighting back by hitting the terrorist Osama bin Laden and the Taliban government that supports him and his band of hooligan thugs holed up in Afghanistan, let us first of all pray for all the unfortunate souls in that battle-scarred land who are the victims of that war. As much as many of us may want to condemn all of the Afghan people, we must not forget that many of the Afghan people are victims of their own repressive Taliban government that has taken control of that country.
In most societies throughout history certain special interest groups with an interest in promoting their own agenda have been successful in taking over control of society against the good of the people they claim to represent. Just a few of the many examples include Hitler of Nazi Germany, Stalin of Communist Russia and Idi Amin of Uganda. History has also taught us one good lesson which is echoed in the words of the great scholar Burke, “all it takes for evil to triumph over good is for good people to do nothing.”
But here, in the "civilized" Canada, let us not be smug and condescending. For we have what many Canadians would refer to as our own brand of terrorist organization and just like the Taliban government, the Canadian government supports this band of terrorist thugs. The terrorists to which may Canadians would refer to are the lawyers and judges of Canada’s infamous family court system.
Every year in Canada, through the family court process, thousands of Canadian families are being deprived of their children, professions, property, education, savings, and tragically, their lives in many cases. All of this is done for the purpose of maintaining a profitable divorce industry by passing laws made up by politicians, many of whom are lawyers themselves. Our own Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, is a lawyer as is our Justice Minister, Anne McLellan. Many other Canadian Politicians in our government who provide haven to these thugs are lawyers and members of this same special interest group as well.
In Afghanistan, the Taliban rulers make decisions in their religious chambers and then take people to be shot or hung. In Canada today, innocent people are herded into the chambers of family court and within a short time their lives and those in their family are snuffed out. The hapless victims, not knowing what lies ahead, enter these chambers unsuspecting. Most victims are fooled into entering the court system by being told by their lying lawyers that justice and equality prevail in Canada’s courts. Little do they know before entering that justice in Canada’s family courts is a joke.
At least in Afghanistan pain and suffering is short and swift. Here in Canada, unfortunately, the pain and suffering of children and families goes on for years as families become impoverished by a court system that promotes endless litigation that results in terrorist thugs getting rich off the pain and suffering of Canadian children and their families.
Shockingly, the results of both types of chambers are similar. Don't doubt for one-second that people are not dying as a result of entering judges' chambers today. Routinely, people are losing everything they have in a material sense including their savings. homes, and businesses. Many lose their families and lives and many commit suicide as a result. The ones who profit the most from all this destruction of family relationships are lawyers, a group which has set itself above everyone else and profits by trafficking in the misery and despair of people getting divorced, and child custody.
In most cases, one of the first pieces of information that a lawyer requests for a client is a financial statement. This is so they can see how much they can pillage from the unsuspecting client and his/her family before their client realizes what is really going on.
Just as Americans are rising up to put and end to the Taliban and its organized group of thugs, isn't it time for the good people of Canada to rise up and to shut down the judicial chamber’s family destruction machine? How many more innocent children and families, guilty of only an unsuccessful marriage have to be destroyed before this system of family destruction is changed?
Isn't it time that the current adversarial system of family law of our day are struck down and relegated to the scrap heaps of history where they belong, and that greedy lawyers and unethical judges are put on notice that Canadian society will no longer tolerate their crimes of terrorism against humanity? Isn't it time to institute our own trials to bring to justice those who have caused so much misery to so many for so many years? Isn't it time to act now before the next generation, our children, become victims of the courtroom holocaust that our generation has witnessed?
Our courts and legal system must be forced to return to sanity. Our courts must be forced to treat men and women equally and respectfully. To end the need for litigation and to stop the destruction of children, the courts must be forced to recognize that children need both of their parents. It is time that both parents be granted the opportunity to demonstrate how they can parent their children. It is time for the courts to stop destroying families by awarding sole custody to parents who are vindictive and controlling. It time for our politicians to get some backbone and to put an end to the reign of terrorism and destruction that has become like a black plague on Canadian Society.
