GRANT COUNTY INDIANA COURTHOUSE
BIAS IN THE COURT!

A kangaroo court or kangaroo trial, also known as drumhead court-martial or Drumhead trial, is a sham legal proceeding or court. The term is often applied to courts subjectively judged as such, while others consider the court to be legitimate and legal. A kangaroo court may be a court that has had its integrity compromised; for example, if the judge is not impartial and refuses to be recused. It is a 'judicial' proceeding that denies proper procedure in the name of expediency; a fraudulent or unjust trial where the decision has essentially been made in advance, usually for the purpose of providing a conviction, either going through the motions of manipulated procedure or allowing no defense at all.
In my opinion both Judge Natalie R Conn and Judge Randall L. Johnson have these courts. In fact, most domestic violence courts and family courts do have the decision made before the court even convenes.

Apparently, there was a court hearing
for custody of my granddaughter.
My son was NOT invited so my granddaughter's mother won by default.
They said they did not have a correct address to notify my son of the
hearing...BUT they sure did have a correct address to pick her up to
return her to her mother. My granddaughter did not want to go. It
also seems that the court was lied to in order for this to occur.
It is very common for things like this to occur. Often false
addresses are used to notify men of court hearings and when they fail
to be at court, the other side wins by default. Just as common, when
men are at court, and she is not, the court hearing will be postponed
until she is able to be there. Bias in the court....who can tell???
I do not think ANY custody should be
settled unless BOTH the father and mother are present. Our society has
reversed the plan of the ages as expressed in the Bible, that the father is the
head of the home. It was God's plan from the start and it is STILL HIS PLAN
TODAY!
